Literally crap design, but in some sense it's creative and out of the box thinking! If you had to create a font for crap, then this would probably be the last thing on your mind. It's creative but still not very practical and crap...

Jewellery design: dislike

Google in ugly jewellery, result human teeth jewellery, but would rather say its disgusting, who in their right mind would ever wear something like this... yeah and the sad thing is you will get those people. But in my personal opinion it's plain freaky!

Non- jewellery design: Like

Funky peacock hairstyle...

This hair colour won't suite any person and it's definitely not an everyday look, but I love this look.

It's creative, funky out there, just love the play of colour with normal brown hair and also the haircut suites the whole style perfectly:)

Design week 4-8April

Jewellery piece 1 (like):

Artist: Sarah West

Whats not to like... this organic/geometric design works perfect. There's balance, porportion and it works perfect in this design even the fact that its not symmetrical. The empty spaces in comparrison with the filled resin spaces, love it.

It's not bright and colourfull, doesn't hurt your eyes when you look at it, it's natural and vintage with a modern twist. It's a very clean design, although it looks like a complicated design, actually turns out to be one line that just keeps on going.

Jewellery piece 2 (dislike):

Gold Cloisonné Ring from middle ages

While doing research for my history presentation, i found this horrible piece, some people might like it, but personally i don't.

It's a big bulky gold ring, don't like gold, like bulky, but this is over the top, maybe without the cloisonné enameling center it would look a bit better. There is too much going on in one piece, sometimes its better to stick to few techniques rather than to try and fit everything into one "little" ring. Like the cloisonné on its own, it's already so much patterns in a limited space, so there is no need for all that gold patterns as well. Maybe it was there style, but i don't think its a good worked out design.

Architecture can be amazing or straight up ugly, and in this case it's amazing :)

In the old days they spent so much time making not only a building, but making it a piece of art. These days its all about money and time, rather than art, which is actually sad.

The fact that it's so old, contributes to the beauty of this amazing building.

Non-jewellery 2 (dislike):

This new techno design is u.g.l.y...
New modern designs can be beautiful,fun, nice and exciting designs, but this one is damn ugly.
Maybe in some matrix's technology world this design would work, but not in the modern day normal fashion style. Enough said...

Change is as good as a holiday :)

Non Jewellery design 1:

Don't like war, getting even through anger is no answer to anything.
This image is almost as depressing as war! The use of colour is simple and in some people's opinion maybe affective, it also brings out the message, but only in a way you would want it, it doesn't clearly state whats going on....

Old school...who doesn't love old school....
If it wasn't for the past, then there would be no future!
As everyone knows, i do love vintage and antiques, there's always a story to tell and in these stories sometimes one finds itselfs.
A camera is one of the things close to my heart, it catches memories for you that will last a lifetime...

"Less is more" comes to mind when looking at this ring, it's different okay, can't really decide on the fact if i like it or not... The reason why i do like it, is because it's totally different than a normal "ring"! This ring is plain in a sense that there's not much going on, only two domes and then the roll press on the round dome, this is maybe a reason why i would not like it, I'm more a " less is more is a bore type of person, depends on my mood.
